3rrc Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "3rrc," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the 3rrc online gaming platform operated at 3rrc.net and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on 3rrc, accesses any part of the platform, or uses any service provided by 3rrc.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the 3rrc platform that holds your personal information, balance, transaction history, and bonus status.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real money funds held in your 3rrc account, excluding bonus credits unless stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, live dealer tables, instant games, payment processing, and support functions offered through the 3rrc platform.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

To create and maintain a 3rrc account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously held a 3rrc account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, either self-imposed on the 3rrc platform or via any connected responsible gaming scheme.
• You are registering and playing voluntarily and are not doing so compulsively.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes. 3rrc reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Registration of an account by an ineligible individual — including anyone under 21, any previously excluded player, or any person using false identity information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3rrc login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — this is strongly recommended for all 3rrc accounts.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including 3rrc customer support agents. Our support team will never ask for your password.
• Log out from any device that is not personally owned by you.
• Notify 3rrc immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Platform fees: 3rrc does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Payment provider fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the account holder.

3rrc reserves the right to carry out identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory completion of verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to your balance.

3rrc is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held in your 3rrc account do not earn interest and are held for gaming purposes only. You should not deposit more than you are willing to use for gaming entertainment.

3rrc offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, weekly cashback, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have not previously registered a 3rrc account, in the case of new player offers, or who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus value in eligible games).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer tables, slots, and sportsbook bets may contribute different percentages. Full contribution tables are available in the promotion details.
• Each bonus carries an expiry date. Wagering requirements not satisfied before expiry result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• 3rrc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by cancellation, but amended terms may apply to future claims.

All games available on the 3rrc platform — including live dealer casino games, slots, instant games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by individual game rules that form part of these Terms by reference. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• Casino games: All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or 3rrc.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer results are determined in real time by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by human dealers. Video and result records are maintained and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.
• Sports betting: Odds are set by 3rrc and may be adjusted before or during an event. Bets accepted at posted odds are honoured even if odds subsequently change, subject to the sportsbook rules for void events. • Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the relevant event is cancelled, if the bet was accepted in error due to a system malfunction, or if the event result cannot be verified. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and market carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before any wager is confirmed.

3rrc's decision on all game and bet outcomes is final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game result, 3rrc reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund stakes. Winnings resulting from technical errors or system faults are not valid and will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3rrc platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account using false identity information, including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or contact details.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with 3rrc games or the sportsbook.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using 3rrc for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after using deposited funds for gaming.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 3rrc account to any other person.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing 3rrc support staff or other users on any platform associated with 3rrc.

3rrc employs active fraud detection systems including transaction monitoring, behavioural analysis, and device fingerprinting to identify prohibited conduct. Players who are identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will receive no prior warning before account suspension where immediate action is required to prevent financial harm to 3rrc or other players.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling period before taking effect.
• Loss limits: You may set limits on the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. These function identically to deposit limits in terms of implementation and modification rules.
• Session time limits & reminders: You may configure automatic session time reminders at intervals of your choosing. The platform will notify you when your set session duration is reached.
• Cool-off periods: You may temporarily disable your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, no deposits, gameplay, or bonus claims are possible.
• Self-exclusion: For more serious concerns, 3rrc offers self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 1 hour of request. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Nothing in these Terms or your use of the platform grants you any ownership rights in any 3rrc intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3rrc platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 3rrc content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 3rrc software.
• Use any 3rrc brand assets, including the 3rrc name or logo, in any commercial or promotional context.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 3rrc platform.

Any unauthorised use of 3rrc intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law. 3rrc reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrc excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your voluntary participation in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including interruptions caused by technical failure, maintenance, or third-party service outages.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your 3rrc account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the 3rrc platform.
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other payment processor.

Nothing in these Terms limits 3rrc's liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law. Where a limitation of liability cannot be fully excluded, 3rrc's liability is limited to the minimum extent permissible by law.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 3rrc is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, 3rrc collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with applicable legal obligations, and deliver a personalised gaming experience. 3rrc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the 3rrc platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance before the effective date. Minor updates — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms, or updates required by regulatory changes — may take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of last update is displayed at the top of this page. Archived versions of the Terms are available upon written request to 3rrc support.

You may close your 3rrc account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any available real money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus credits are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

3rrc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request under Section 8.
• Any other circumstance where 3rrc determines, acting reasonably, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the account holder themselves.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, real money funds will be held securely. If the investigation results in account closure for cause, funds may be withheld pending resolution of any outstanding disputes or legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 3rrc's international gaming licence. The 3rrc platform operates under an international gaming licence, the details of which are available from 3rrc support upon request.

In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or account decision, the following process applies:

All disputes must be raised within 90 days of the disputed event. Claims raised outside this window will not be considered. The 3rrc decision on all game outcomes, once confirmed following Step 1, is final and binding unless overturned through the formal process described above.
